This couple drove to Colorado to elope at Castlewood Canyon State park. The bride and I collaborated on the outfits, timing, etc. to plan out some fantastic photos. This photo was taken just as the sun was disappearing into the mountains with a Godex A100 below and to the left of the couple to fill in the shadows. I was actually standing quite some distance away using a 200mm lens to exaggerate the size of the mountains in the distance relative to the subject. I did some light post-processing in Lightroom to pull out the color of the sky a bit, and brighten the couple relative to the scene by 2/3rds of a stop. Shot with a Nikon Z6II / Nikkor Z 24-200mm f/4–6.3 VR (190mm, 1/125th, f8.0, ISO320).
