Shot this with a Godox ad600 pro with a 36-inch umbrella. In post, I didn't do much other than clean up the ground a little to get rid of contrasty parts from water splashes. I didn't even see the birds in the background until I printed the image out.

Beautiful image. Only critique I would have is that I think the composition would be better balanced if you cropped of half of the empty space on the left side of the frame and then used Photoshop's Generative Fill to expand the right side of the frame so the sun is in the center of the image.
That's a fair critique. I agree with that.
