The clouds look dark and moody, but their expressions don't reflect that. The image looks way too underexposed for the moment you captured, which detracts from what appears to be a happy time.
I could understand if it was a bride in a black goth dress, or some other wardrobe to fit the mood, but your main subject is the couple... who are smiling... and dancing. The clouds are just background. Why try to emphasize them?
It was extremely cloudy this day and dark and cold- the client was wanting dark and moody so I feel like that was delivered. :)
