This is a shot of the top of Mount Etna in Sicily taken in 2019 (note that the metadata shows 2022 but I edited and copied the photo into Lightroom which changed the data.) We took the cable car and off-road vehicles to go even higher but we got altitude sickness. This is taken from a restaurant parking lot near the summit. We don't know the conditions here after the recent eruption of Mount Etna.
