Not many tricks here. The geometry of the building caught my eye. Since I was leveled with the third floor, it was easy to keep the lines straight. The girl smoking just added a very welcomed touch of life.
The colors were edited. The building is actually yellow, but I much prefer this version, and it's in line with the rest of my work.
