Walking along the river walk in Chicago when the bridges started going up to let some boats through. I quickly ran to get in a better position. I took this with my iPhone (maybe 11 ant the time, not sure honestly) and used the long exposure setting in the "live" photo options.
Converted to black and white and edited in Lightroom mobile.
