This photo was taken during a hike to the base of the peak on the left, Spitzmeilen. The clouds were moving in and out, with sunrays constantly illuminating different parts of the landscape. For a brief moment, the valley was bathed in light, and I captured this scene.
Handheld, stitched from 8 shots, taken with a Canon R6 and an RF 100-400mm lens at 100mm. Processed with a black-and-white conversion, and dodging and burning to highlight the landscape's textures and shapes. September 2023, Switzerland.
