“If you can smell the wet earth, feel the damp in your bones, then this photograph manages to convey the atmosphere of the landscape I want to give voice to.”
This is the landscape between Novi Travnik and Vitez, my hometown in Bosnia and Herzegovina, having lived through the war in the 90s this white stretch of snow makes me think of a sort of scar left by war.
As for color corrections, there is minimal work on contrasts and tones especially on the ground which is dark brown with some red tonalities. The photo is more or less identical to the raw file except for these corrections.
