No Photoshop here! Sally Marvel is a performer, and working with fire is one of her talents. Many elements here were quite challenging, like creating a fire this big, catching the moment, avoiding the assistant (since the fire just bursts for a second), and exposing properly for the fire. I had to use constant lights, and I put the white balance to quite cold, which created a nice contrast with the fire.

Great concept and obviously a solid image. I can understand that you didn't want to alter the image more than necessary in PS but when I do fire foam I prefer to remove the foam remnants from the back hand. Still a great shot fitting the costume very well.
Thanks, man! You are right about that, and it kinda always bothered me, but this was edited before AI, so it would've been a pain to remove it, lol
