The strip lighting is in the window of a small Indian restaurant. I wanted to get some people in the shot, blurred, so I shot at F1.8. The road was pretty quiet. I had to be content with one person in the shot. I used a Nikon D7100 with a Nikon 35mm 1.8G lens. I have pushed the colours a bit using Capture One 20. I also adjusted the Kelvin setting to bring more blue into the shot.
