Hi guys thought I would upload some astro photos for comment, Quite new to this so any comments would be great. The first one is taken with a tamron 24-70 at 24secs exposure , iso 1600 f2.8. I did some editing in lightroom and finished off with some luminosity changes to the stars in photoshop. Picture two is taken from top of Mt Brown above York. Some luminosity fiddles on that one as well - . ISO 3200 . Exposure 28sec
Hi Campbell, Love the milky way in your shots. I would have liked to see the power lines gone in shot one. I really like how in shot two the trees are shown with the milky way and the large Magellanic cloud. That shot is really cool.

yeah some of my friends commented on the power lines as well ha, I only really noticed them when I edited the photo. Jeez I'll have to look up luminosity editing again as Ive forgotten how to do it. Editing too many equestrian photos.
Thinking about printing one of these out and framing it.Any ideas i.e. matte , shiny , kind of paper etc.
