I mean the best in what I'm about to say so don't take it the wrong way. This photo is lacking a hero. You should should be make sure that your hero is the focus of the shot or at least let it tell a story. Here I'm seeing the car which is poorly exposed and partially cropped out of the image. It's also a similar blue as the rest of the image so it doesn't stand out much. I'd suggest a different crop (I know you said to excuse the Instagram crop but you posted this image here so we can only take what you give) because the sky is fighting the car for attention. Don't let your hero be overpowered.
