She looks a bit like she is wearing a mask. I like the lighting on her hair and the background on the left, but the white block on the right does not look right. The crop makes it seem almost like someone else's arm is reaching up to grab her.
It's nice photo in terms of photographic skills, but I think model pose didn't work well here. It just looks akward to the point that things seems wrong, not interesting. Just my 5 cents.

The first thing I noticed is the shades. I think the photo would look better without the crop.
