I shot this image as part of a spontaneous series while on vacation in Greece in August.
As it was a vacation I did not take my usual camera gear with me so this was shot using the pro mode on a samsung s9plus.

A new arrival at the rescue center. She was very friendly and very flirty, rolling about on her back and meowing, then staring at you as if she might be hungry. A magnificently beautiful animal

I don’t me looks fantastic for a phone. I mean, it’s a great shot. Can’t believe it’s shot on a phone.
The Pro mode on the S9+ allows raw dng files. The raw requires tuning on the shadows and highlights. Using the phone was very hit and miss as the screen was hard to see so shoot wide and crop was the order of the day.
First off, great composition; love how the model is positioned with her back to the wall with the seascape view off to her right. Secondly, I found the lighting, the golden glow illuminating her body to be utterly fantastic. The contrast between the water and the flooring where she is sitting is interesting and well blended. All in all imo this is an awesome image.
