She looks like a very natural subject, comfortable in her skin. I would personally avoid outfits that are too similar in color to her skin tone as in the second image. I always like that nice contrast you get when you have an outfit that contrasts with the subject's skin tone. It's more striking.
That last picture is great in that you've shot it in a voyeuristic fashion with the object in the foreground out of focus and her not breaking the fourth wall by looking into camera. That's a style I like a lot and if you can recognize the elements of that style you can repeat it. Also, shooting a subject from another room looking through a doorframe is another technique for a voyeuristic feel.

Since the background isn't completely blurred, in #3 and #4 I would have used a smaller aperture to keep her feet in focus.
I'm partial to the model being in focus instead of half in and half out.
