Number two wins for me, but I'm a sucker for black and white.
Couldn't agree more. The b/w image seems to have a more delicate feel while still retaining great "punch".

Beautiful , especially the bw image. Great lighting
Looks like the reason B&W is more dynamic is because it's a Close Up and the model is slightly more turned, showing more of her back. Less background to distract. Both are very nice shots.
I love the light on the first one.
The b&w doesn't have the same intensity, but is still very nice.
