Just a few shots - not of the art but the building interior!
Snowfall, Leon

The Sun and the Moon: Edited to add last photo
I wanted to see how my 50 year old Canon FD 800mm f/5.6 s.s.c. would handle photographing both the Sun and the Moon.

Sterling in silhouette
I held a lighting workshop recently. Sterling was the model. I rarely shoot silhouettes but I wanted to incorporate that arch into a shot. Backlighting became an obvious choice.

Really like the location and lighting on the foreground. Sky would look way cooler if there were darker colors. Looks kinda bright and yellowish to me. I'm assuming that's light pollution on the right side. Overall looks pretty awesome to me..
I agree, I know this castle from other YouTube videos and images and am very jealous of the scene! Looks awesome!
If there were a bolder Milky Way band featured in the image I would keep more of the sky. But because this is a very faint view of the Milky Way, I would show more bridge. There is a lot of space up top for nothing much to look at. The Andromeda Galaxy is a nice feature in the sky there above the castle but nothing much else. This same image may have been spectacular as a star trail shot or maybe use a Double Fog filter to bring out the constellations and colors of the stars over the castle.
I love the shot and the potential here. The snowy road to the castle is awesome and especially cool with you in the shot. Nice work and hope you keep going out there and see what other times of the year bring there!
