Outside Colorado Springs, it can be difficult to get a good shot of the Milky Way due to light pollution. Here I was looking south and the city lights were to the west, so there wasn't much light pollution. I used my flashlight to light the rocks. This was taken with a Sigma 20mm f/1.4 Art.
