Picture Critique - Milky Way
Hi, I'm new to the group and would love some feedback on this picture that I took at Fort Griffin State Park. The picture was taken with a Nikon d750 and a Samyang 14mm.

Sterling in silhouette
I held a lighting workshop recently. Sterling was the model. I rarely shoot silhouettes but I wanted to incorporate that arch into a shot. Backlighting became an obvious choice.

I love it. I like how you highlighted the tree, it gives it more interest. Really beautiful!
I like what you've done with the image. The sky looks nearly 100% natural to the naked eye, and you've put a splash of light on the tree. It's a great change of pace from the overly done MW images...including mine.
If you are going for a more "Unprocessed" style, you nailed it, I love this image. I would suggest darkening/removing the tree in the bottom right along with the small bright lights on the horizon. I think they both take away too much attention from the main tree.
