Comet NEOWISE over Mono Lake, CA

Photo taken July 16th, 2020. Night 1 at Mono Lake, CA...completely clouded over in the northern skies. Night 2...cloudy most of the afternoon/evening until Neowise showed up. Never have I been at a more crowded night sky shooting location but everyone respected each other's space and lighting for the most part. "It's not a tufa!" So glad I was able to see this once in a lifetime opportunity on multiple nights. I took advantage of someone's lighting for the foreground.

Austin, Texas Blue Hour

Was down in Austin for a bit on a work trip. I've always heard how beautiful the skyline is from the river.

Was a little let down by the clouds, but what can I do!

Any interest in this group?

Hi all, I was looking for such a group but see that although there are many members there hasn’t been a single post. Is there interest out there in getting this group going?
