I'm an aspiring travel photographer/writer based in Ventura, CA but originally from San Francisco.
Excited to be part of the group! Am looking for a mentor in the travel photography space, but this seems a great place to share some tips and pick up some great advice!
I work in the apparel industry, so I do get to travel a few times a year. Below are some images from a trip last year to Portugal.

not bad! although I have to say that blue skies make for perhaps the worst photographs, unless you are working with harsh shadows. Porto is ideal in the very early hours around sunrise.
