My wife & I discovered light painting with tubes back in September of this year (2019). We were inspired by the works of Eric Pare. Since then we've been creating a series of light painting images using various colored tubes. Sometime we add sparklers for added visual effects. We're fascinated by the shapes and forms that can be created using such a simple tool. There are thousands of people doing this... are you one?
This is not a good shot in the way we ould normally think of but I at least the got the eye dead sharp of this 5-7 day old Wood Pigeon which we have done our best to protect both parents.
I spotted this blackbird tucked among the leaves. Unlike most birds, it didn’t flinch when I raised my camera it simply stayed put, almost as if it was posing for the shot.
I hate the term "fine art" but I don't know what else exactly to call these besides just black and white.
This is deeply meaningful to me. Surviving and blossoming despite all attempts to stop me blossoming on my own terms.
Flowers growing in our garden. Another experiment with sliders in post. Mostly perspective which is not easy because one can make a move and it says I can't do that!
