Following the flow

this one was taken on some weekend when I was walking on Paulista Avenue/SP/Brazil.
I think I pushed them shadows too much, but this was the sixth image that I was working so my eyes were a little exhausted. Also when taking pictures for B&W it's better to have a brighter raw image or a more dark image? I will be happy if someone shares his approach to this thing.
