I'm not sure where to look, or what is trying to be said. Exposure and tones are good, but I'm not getting a strong idea from this photo. Maybe try focusing in on a subject (person folding his arms, the guide, the horse) to give it a stronger voice.
Not from this scene, unfortunately... the guy folding his arms is what prompted me to take the photo. I agree it is quite busy. Looking through a lot of my photos I notice a lack of story. Thank you for the input... so very useful!

i agree with James looks like a vacation photo not sure it really conveys anything.. do you have any others that we can look at
