Pretty new to photography and still trying to develop an eye for interesting subjects and composition. I have to admit that typically when I convert an image to black and white its because there wasn't enough color interest in the image and converting it to black and white "saved it". This image was the first time that I took the shot with the intent of making it black and white from the very start. I like how it makes the image feel very old and industrial.
Let me know your thoughts. What could I do better?

I joined this group to learn but I'll give a couple of comments. I like the lines but they don't lead anywhere in particular. Also nothing seems to be in focus. Maybe that is from processing. Did you add grain?
It was snowing when I took the shot. Maybe that's why it looks out of focus?
