Nice composition. Slight warmth creates a nice mood.. I'm a little distracted by the halo around the top of the building... Did that appear in post-processing? Perhaps an overall darkening could help eliminate that. Overall very well done!

Unless there is a compelling reason not to, keep your verticals straight and parallel. Photoshop can do this for you.
Also, if possible, Carry a small two or three step ladder with you. I know this sounds awkward, but when shooting buildings, you want to diminish the effect of the street in the foreground, getting off the ground is the best way to do that.
I've been carrying one with me for over 50 years now.
