Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

Lovely image. Lighting is very soft and diffused. Maybe next time try changing the lighting, perhaps more harsh (deeper shadows) and boost the contrast. However, this is a lovely image and many would prefer this type of lighting to more contrasty lighting. It's a personal subjective thing at the end of the day. BTW love the colour version.
This is a little dark for my taste. Against a white background (website), the details in the shadows are very difficult to see. As a suggestion, I boosted the shadows and contrast with a simple Curves adjustment.
