Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

These are views of trees in Urubici, and of Fortaleza canyon in the south of Brazil

The first image has a good sense of drama, with the dark buildings and interesting sky One issue that drew my attention for the wrong reason is a clockwise tilt. I think I'd put the main building more the left (i.e. swing the camera right) leaving out that fragment of building on the left). A bit more sky at the top would help the building "breathe".
That cascading, asymmetric composition in the second is appealing
