People have asked me if there's a more affordable way to get into medium format film photography that doesn't involve toy cameras. For about $250, you can sink your teeth into:
Bronica SQ-A 6x6
Mamiya RB67 6x7
Mamiya C330 TLR 6x6
Yashica Mat-series TLR 6x6
Pentacon Six 6x6
Any other camera recommendations?

Kiev 88
Ooooh, I forgot the Kiev 88 and the Kiev 60.
Yashica had film winding issues 20 years ago. I would avoid them today.
Apparently there's an easy fix for them.
I found a 60-year-old Rolleiflex in superb condition for $180. I admit i looked around for a while but such bargains are out there. I have three Yashicamats which take first class photographs and are not that expensive. One has German lenses and all three wind just fine. I used Yashicamats professionally in the 1970s and have some fabulous images from them.
