With the demise of Kodak Technical Pan film, only Adox stepped up to the plate with a high resolution technical film. Adox CMS II 20 is essentially microfilm, and quite contrasty, but there's ways to tame that contrast. I shoot Adox CMS II 20 at ISO 6, and develop in Rodinal 1:200, 12 minutes at 20ºC. The high dilution plus the reduced time decreases contrast. Attached is one shot I took with my Pentax 6x7 recently. Has anybody else tried this film?
If I had a way to process it, I would give it a try. I like your results.
This was my first roll and I had a lot of help from two other photographers on how to shoot this film. I will try to tame the contrast even more with my second roll, but my Epson V600 scanner doesn't come close to the resolution of this film. Virtually zero grain.
Another shot.
