I must admit I have been lax in both my shooting and posting recently, perhaps due to the fact my wife has now retired, and we are spending a LOT more time together doing various activities.
An afternoon out on the water
It was mid September late in the afternoon, a group of sailboats were out on the water enjoying the weather, there was a soft breeze blowing, pushing on the sails.

I like the skin color and the color match of the jewelery and her eyes.
Its a wonderful portrait.
For my taste the crop above the head is a bit to tight. In a landscape format I would also crop it like this, bit in portrait format I think a bit more space would be better.
And one more thing:
A little bit more separation from the background would be nice, the hair in the upper right corner disapear in black...
Greetings.
