Sante Fe Wonders

Although it has only been a month since visiting New Mexico it seems like so much more. I fell in love with the sights, the feel and especially the architecture of the city. With no high rise buildings and the influence of the Spanish and Native Americans prevalent throughout, I was in heaven. This particular moment is from the New Mexico Museum of Art. I was waiting on my better half and her niece when I saw this...Sante Fe wonders.

I am really enjoying this image; it reminds me of a charcoal drawing texturally. The way you captured the traditional architecture at the center of the composition through the sculpture makes a real impact and helps to tell the story of where you were. Thank you for sharing!

Alison it was a pleasure! We had never been to New Mexico before but Sante Fe, Taos! and the High Road between were so beautiful and moving.

Exploring the beauty of NM and the Southwest is on my bucket list! Do you have any more snaps from your adventure? I’d love to see them.

Definitely! I'll be posting some in the near future. I'm still going through them...slowly.
