Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

Notice the harsh sun and direction of it on the players in the second shot. You need to recreate that on your shoe for it to feel real.
Less opicity on the shoe layers, shadows on the shoes, and perhaps a lens flare.
