Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

I like this. Reminds me of the movie "Sucker Punch".
Looks very good. But in my opinion, you need to take a picture of model with separation or kickoff flash from back, or use photoshop layer to create "glowing" edges of model. On background picture light is coming from the back of model and the lighting of model does not exactly correspond with this. PS: sorry for poor english :(
