A small group of red kites were flying above my head, so I pointed my lens up, took a few shots, and hoped for the best. I got two decent shots out of it.

Foggy start to a Sunday morning
Down on the waterfront this morning, tide was out, Heron were sitting along the water fishing. There was a boat coming across the water from Bremerton heading into Port Orchard.

I really like the inverted image so that we're looking at him in the reflection. My suggestion would be that he looks like he's comfortably kneeling there, one arm on his knee, perfect clean white shoes, all of which doesn't suggest a gritty scene where he just smashed the mirror. I do like the expression on his face, and the split lighting on the face adds nice drama.
I agree with the kneeling part. I'll work that out next time I go there. Thank you for the suggestion :)
