RED KITE
A small group of red kites were flying above my head, so I pointed my lens up, took a few shots, and hoped for the best. I got two decent shots out of it.

Foggy start to a Sunday morning
Down on the waterfront this morning, tide was out, Heron were sitting along the water fishing. There was a boat coming across the water from Bremerton heading into Port Orchard.

you should experiment a little more...I would like to see that carving!
It's actually a natural tree stump. got it from a friend who picked up tree stumps for fireplace. It has not been carved, and in growing had unraveled to the way you see it. I had never seen anything like it so I claimed it from him. Pretty cool!
I have a photo of a petrified log on the beach and it has several petrified artifacts in it...actually a pretty cool stump...
