I would go with the cropped version. The clouds in the top right are a bit distracting since they are the brightest spot in the frame. I also recommend centering the arch way in the frame, the bottom right corner is cut off. If you cannot quite fit the bottom-right corner of the arch without showing the sky, you can use Photoshop and content aware fill or vertical perspective correction.
Finally, I would add an inverted radial filter around the couple to bring up the exposer on them by 0.25-0.5 stops. If you do it right, no one will notice, but it will help make the couple pop. This is my favorite trick with environmental portraits.
