Hey, Diego
I don't think it works, IMHO. It just looks like you weren't paying attention to your settings. It'd be different if let's say she was running and somehow you got her face sharp in focus and everything else (limbs and garments) blurry. Or, if she was standing still on a windy day and the garments are waving blurry.
Also, her hand is black. And, dark splotches on her arm.
I really like the lighting.
