I have a very talented, expressive friend who lives to hoola hoop. We thought it would be a great idea to get some awesome pics with her LED hoop for her Insta profile. After getting (and locking) focus I killed the modeling and room lights. I had set the flash to first curtain sync and if I recall correctly I had an exposure of about 5 seconds. Sarah would begin in her starting pose and as soon as the flash was fired she would perform a series of tricks.
This was my first time experimenting with mixed flash and long exposure, I would really like to get some input on what you think and how you think I could improve.
That LED hoop came up great!
Cool!
