Minimalism or sort of macro?

Evening everyone. I would like to share my vision of minimalism and abstract in photography.

First photo is the gratitude of room service staff. Sometimes they can be quite creative :)

Second one is the speaker set from one of the annual automotive bass competition (Yorkshire Modified)

Very nice work! I am so glad to see these.

The first image is great. I love the simple white framing of 'the thing' i don't know what 'the thing' is but it is very interesting! My only suggestion would have been to move the object behind 'the thing' so that you only had the framing white pieces and 'the thing' with a solid backgound. If you can blur out the object in the back or darken it, it would help.

I like the second one just the way it is!

Looking forward to more!

Thank you Ruthie, I will do my best.

LOL!!! I looked before I read (yes, I looked at the pictures, not for the articles HA) and thought the bottom one was a showcase of your glass. Then I wondered why you watermarked each individual lens. They I read the description.

I think the top photo would be more attractive without the diagonal line top right center. I love the composition otherwise.

Thanks Brian

I like the one lone petal almost hiding over under the cover. Somehow makes it more personal.
