A new test in order to make closer both photography and painting. That time, I tried with a middle age tower nearby my home.

Once again, I added several photographies one on one to create....something. I do not know what, but something. At that time, I can not be more accurate in my description.
Actually, I'd like to produce abstract view of the reality whithout rendering something absolutly real. For example, It's quite easy to find a urban detail or an architectural view to be shown with symetry. To me I'd like to transform reality first, to display what's essential in it. That's my definition about minimalism : to keep the essential.
i was waiting for you to try an ICM David nice job with the motion and the structure... did you use 2 layers or just 1?
Thanks a lot for having given to me this acronymous ICM. I've just thrown an eye and it's right that.
There is one picture. Taken randomly but focused on the tower.
I"m about to read more concerning ICM technics in order to improve and obtain what i'm interesting in.
Thanns a lot Joseph!!!!
Beautiful movement, tone, and texture, David. ICM is something I've focused on the past couple years, and I like what you've done here with the tower.
I also resonate with what you said about wanting to product abstract views of reality and transforming the literal into essence. That is exactly what I aspire to do in my own abstract ICM work...to capture the essence, rather than the literal. :)
I look forward to seeing more of your work and your vision.
