Westminster Abbey

First I'd like to apologize, that I'm not that active at the moment. I have a new job and a few projects going on, which have priority.

Nonetheless, I spent last week in London. I had my 70-200 with me. Just for fun, I experimented, what I can do in a city with it. This is my minimalist approach to Westminster Abbey. ;)

Congrats on the job! Great composition, love the background and just all round a great shot.

Thank you Sandra. Much appreciated.

Yea! A new job! that's great! Congrats!

I really like this. I particularly like that the 'shiny golden' one is the older instead of new post. Great eye for a cool shot!

Thank you Ruth. Yes I'm really happy with my new job. Same work as before, but more relaxed.

Thanks for the compliments. It is not easy in a big city to use a 70-200mm lens. It was a good lesson for me to go for the details. It was fun and completely worth it. ;)

Hi there. Contrasting shapes and good crop leads the eyes very will to the "FStopper". The image is so good, the senses are asking not to see the distractions at the background. cheers.

Thank you very much Vijay. The shot is framed in camera and I did not crop it. I only had to straighten it a little, that's all. ;)

I love the lens. At the long end the bokeh can be really nice.

Great shot, and congrats on the new job!

Thank you very much Troy!
