Being next to the Tango means deer and other animals nibbling on the bushes and trees my wife spent a lot of money on over the years. A few weeks ago we had a Red Tail Hawk trapped in the mesh we put up around some of the Holly bushes to minimize the damage, a strategy that had been working reasonably well -- far better than the chemical alternatives previously employed.
Neither of these pictures that dead hawk. I've seen a dozen or so at one time in the sky over the Tango, unfortunately not when I had the right camera/lens combination with me. On this day (yesterday) this was the only one I saw. You may need a magnifying glass to see him in #3 and especially #4, which I only included to illustrate the difficulty in shooting in a suburban neighborhood.
Harry the Rescue Dog, as usual, made the shooting more difficult. He was looking for other dogs and a bonus squirrel.
The clouds were somewhat interesting, though.
