Walking around just keeping my eyes open. First one was in the Marais, second was the "Bourse" and the third was in the 14th arrondissement. How lucky was I to happen to capture a woman in red walking by!
All three of these are so interesting, Charles! The first is a great contrast between the regular coats inside and the "red walker" outside. I love it. Also, really appreciate the hat sitting on the bottom of the rack. The second one is lovely with the majestic outdoor architecture reflecting on the decorative indoor staircase. The third speaks for itself - abstract liquefying of modern architecture. Great job! Really a treat to view.
Love the top one, it's the colour tones and light fall. The bottom one is also really nice. The intrusion of the building on the left hand side is a little distracting. I would like to see the verticals corrected (and this should remove the LHS building). Colour tone and the wavy reflections are full of texture. Fab.
Thanks. On the second one, the Bourse is a round building and the reflected building is convex! On the last one, it too is a curved building, plus I was pointing upwards. Corrections only make it bulge out or make it concave.
I agree with Jennifer on this series Charles. I might be tempted to crop 1 & 3 tighter to better suit my own taste but otherwise I can't think of any possible improvements.
Hey, I sacrifice to travel every year. I have no money and I own practically nothing. Everything I own could fit into a van! The first photo has the shadows and lighting, etc. pointing inwards. I think they're necessary. As for 3, it is a bit busy/distracting at the bottom. I might do so.

Thanks very much. Yeah, it was the hat sitting on the bottom that literally stopped me in my tracks.
You've said it all for me, Jennifer! Nice work here, Charles. Very imaginative, and as the saying goes, well seen.
Thanks much, Chris!

How lucky are you to get to shoot in Paris!
