December Challenge - Monochrome

With nights becoming chilly in the northern hemisphere and flakes beginning to fall it is tempting to make winter the theme for this month's challenge.

However, to better fit our global membership I have decided to open this up to any images that are monochromatic.

As always, with this being a challenge responses can extend beyond the MAE group focus, the desire is to promote expanding ideas and perhaps see some of your work that might otherwise be missed.

To get the brain cells working I have attached a sample of older images, some of which you may have seen previously.
