Hi Art Photo. If you are having difficulty in creating a group you should contact the admins using the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
I think it problematic to have someone else create a group for which you want control, as is the case with this group.
After being asked to take over group administration I have limited control over what I can do (the original owner is no longer a participant....).
