An afternoon out on the water
It was mid September late in the afternoon, a group of sailboats were out on the water enjoying the weather, there was a soft breeze blowing, pushing on the sails.

Looks fine to me. However when I take pan shots with my flash it can cause some distortion. Could try to replicate that effect in photoshop to increase realism.
I think it looks pretty good. Her being nice and sharp really helps.
Good shot but sometimes being able to as least discern the environment adds to the effect.

I really appreciate this capture, the light on her face and skin and it's an interesting crop to take the top of her head off, but I don't dislike it and in response to your question; no I don't think it's too much at all, but when studying the blur I perceived a character wearing a ski mask ... and I can't now 'unsee' it.
