How about a Richardson mini-mole fresnel tungsten light? Anyone use for interior shots?
I use a flashpoint 3200 through an umbrella. Love it.
The only light I carry is the Lowel GL-1. Great for small spaces, not so good for anything on the larger side.

I just use the cheap stuff and so far it has worked perfectly. I bought them just to test the off camera flash interior method with a view to purchasing the best gear, but haven't looked back!
Yongnuo RF603N-II (Transmitter, sits on hotshoe)
4x Yongnuo 560 speedlights
Generic brand flash gels
Cheap monopod and light stands
Cheap snoot and grid for flash (for details)
The whole lot cost me under $500
I used to use Profoto and before that, I used lowel fresnels. Prior to the lowels, I was using some other LARGER hot lights that were super difficult to hide. This was years ago when lighting styles were way more understated.
Nowadays I use a LOT of Canon 600ex speedlites. Unfortunately, I jumped the gun on the Canons. I bought a bunch as soon as they were released.
I could have saved thousands of dollars had I waited for the Yongnous with built in radio transceivers.
If I had to replace everything tomorrow, I'd be on the fence between Yongnuo speedlites and Profoto B1s. I don't think the B2 is powerful enough for every situation and in that case, I'd stick with the speedlites.
