First attempt at lighting/portraiture, feedback?

Hello!
As the title says, this was my first attempt at lighting, and shooting a model. It was a huge learning experience, lots went wrong and didn't go according to plan, but we all have to start somewhere, right?
Any feedback is appreciated! Don't be afraid of sounding harsh, that's how I learn!

Please give the EXIF info from this photo and we can better provide advice... The original unedited images would also give valuable info
