Lighting, composition, pose, background, are all excellent. A beautiful image of a gorgeous model.
Love the hair and pose. I started with the D90 a decade ago. This is proof you don't need the latest camera to take pictures just put a quality lens and your in business.
I have never seen such a combination of environment and model.
